State of the Thorrbo

UPDATE: Because of the FF7 Remake announcement, I'm going to marathon FF7 for the third time. I think the third time, anyway. While this will be mundane news for those who are old time regulars, the remake has me pretty hype, and overall it's always been a successful/popular game. Hopefully thread runners will have more luck this time around. Anyway, here's a strawpoll that will decide the party I'm playing through with!

I've been moved in for about two months now. Figured I'd give you guys a general update on what's going on with me.

My birthday's in <2 weeks, on the 12th. Not sure what I'll be doing, maybe a mid-month marathon to keep me and the stream alive.

I've been streaming The Witcher III. Well, trying to. For whatever reason my game crashes, often. When I stream, this error pops up: Otherwise the game just freezes until I end the process. one time last night my entire computer froze for an extended period of time. After I switched it off, the computer wouldn't turn back on for another hours.

So I'm done streaming TW3.

I have some kind of weird growth on my chest. It hurts a lot and keeps me up at night. I would take a picture, but my phone's screen broke three weeks ago and hasn't been replaced. Food's tight, and money's tighter. I'm worried that I'll be charged too much when I go and get this... growth thing checked out, but I also know it needs to be done. My dad and I having <$20 combined at the moment still leaves me hesitant, to say the least.

My dad's doing all right. As long as he keeps up with his morphine he's not in any tremendous pain. He just finished watching Hunter x Hunter and he's about to start on Code Geass.

I'm not taking to North Carolina very well. Losing all of my friends, even if I didn't see them that often, is hitting me a lot harder than I expected. I'm finding myself lacking the will or motivation to do much of anything. Sorry if that slump appears while I'm streaming, but I'm doing my best to try and tone it back.

After June, I will need to start paying whenever I go over my monthly internet cap of 450gb. An average day of streaming uses up about 30gb of that cap, so unless I take it easy, I generally run out in two weeks. Unless things pick up, stream is going to be happening a lot less often - I simply can't afford to pay for going over the cap too often. We're scraping off until my dad's next paycheck as it is.

If you guys have any questions about anything, let me know. Typing this up at 2 am before I eat so it might not be the most coherent thing I've ever written. Thanks for sticking with me through thick and thin, guys, I love you all, and my dad and I wouldn't be here today without each and every one of you!
